A Chemical Engineering graduate of École Polytechnique de Montréal, Thierry Pagé obtained a Master's Degree from Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium), specializing in the subject area of odor. At École Polytechnique, Thierry Pagé teaches courses in air pollution treatment and the health risks associated with industrial activities.

Elisabeth Lord, P. Eng., M.Sc.
VP Consulting Services
P. Eng. in Chemical engineering of École Polytechnique de Montréal, Elisabeth Lord has a Master's Degree in odor management from Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium). With 12 years of experience, Ms. Lord has a strong background in engineering analysis, particularly in the area of odors and atmospheric emissions. Her practice focuses on odors, greenhouse gas and primary atmospheric contaminants, as well as other primary and secondary atmospheric pollutants.

Pierre Rényi, CPA
VP Marketing & Sales
An Economics graduate (B.A. University of Toronto), Pierre Rényi acquired considerable management and international trade experience prior to joining Odotech. He has worked in technical and language publishing, the electrical industry (GE X-Ray), the automotive industry (Volkswagen do Brasil), as well as in the multimedia and environmental sectors. Co-author of the English-French Dictionary of Electronics and Electrical Engineering (1986), he is a Chevalier of the Ordre des Palmes Académiques de France.

Colleen Smith, MBA, CGA
VP Finance
Mrs. Smith obtained an MBA from York University in Toronto in 1979, after graduating from the McGill University’s faculty of management with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. In 1992, she enrolled in the CGA program and obtained her designation in 1994. She has over 25 years of work experience in both large international companies and small high-tech firms. Her areas of expertise include accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, corporate finance and banking, and investor relations.

Dr. Philippe G. Micone, P. Eng., Ph.D.
Division Manager, France
After obtaining a degree and a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal, Philippe Galarneau Micone also received his joint doctorate from the same school and the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse, with the support of Veolia Eau and ADEME (the Agency for Management of the Environment and Energy, France). Deeply involved in the RD of electronic noses, Mr. Galarneau Micone also provided expertise to Odotech Inc. on a variety of projects through the firm’s Consulting and Expertise Division. He is currently the Administrative Director of Odotech France.

Marc Guay, B. Eng.
Production and Quality Control Manager
A graduate of École de technologie supérieure de Montréal in Electrical Engineering, Marc Guay obtained his degree in 1990. He brings 10 years of experience in fire alarm systems with Edwards Canada, as well as 8 years of experience in gas detection systems for Honeywell Analytics. His areas of expertise include quality management and value-added production. In addition, he became a member of the Board of Directors of RIE (Regroupement de l’industrie électronique, Québec), an association of electronic industries, in 2005.

Patrick F. Lemire, P. Eng.
Product Manager
An Electrical Engineering graduate of École de technologie supérieure de Montréal, Patrick F. Lemire was Product Manager at Honeywell Analytics (formerly Vulcain). At Honeywell for 6 years, Mr. Lemire’s focus was the gas detection business. He gained expertise in product development, established marketing strategies for new products and served as technical expert for the sales force and service personnel.

Yann Contratto, P. Eng.
Odor Consulting Specialist
An Industrial Systems engineer, Yann Contratto has eleven years of experience within the groups ETNA Grenoble, AGA Gas Stockholm and Linde Gaz Paris, as a manager responsible for Health and Safety, Quality and the Environment, before joining the team at Odotech.
Recognized as an expert in the field of odor metrology by many courts across North America and Europe, Yann takes the lead in defining the scope of our consulting assignments, and ensuring harmonization with the current regulatory frameworks.

Richard Leduc, Ph.D.
Meteorologist, Associate Professor, Laval University
Richard Leduc, Ph.D., holds degrees from Université du Québec, McGill University and Laval University. He has 36 years experience in meteorology and air quality (dispersion modelling, monitoring, etc). His role at Odotech Inc. is to provide scientific and technical support for research and development projects and other services in air quality and meteorology. He has published over 115 articles, books, and reports and has given over 100 training sessions and conferences in meteorology and air quality. He is an Associate-Professor in Climatology at Laval University.
